In 2020 our small architecture collective took over a shuttered Sports Authority and constructed a prototype home for cooperative living in its shell. Since then eight adults have continually cohabitated within the building. Some members of our initial collective are still residents, others have been replaced. We've worked independently and collective to adapt our prototype to our changing needs, electrical and other.
